If we got it wrong, we fix it

Damaged, misprinted, or just not what you ordered? Send a photo to info@9barn.com within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it. You do not need to ship anything back and we are not going to argue with you about it.

If the size is wrong

Every piece is made to order, so we do not hold stock to swap into. That means we cannot take a shirt back because it did not fit.

Check the size chart on the product page before you order. If you are between sizes or unsure, write us first at info@9barn.com and we will tell you straight what we would pick. We would rather spend two minutes helping you get it right than have you stuck with something you will not wear.

If you changed your mind

Write us anyway. If it has not gone into production yet we can usually cancel it.

Prints

Archival prints are made to order at the size you choose. Same deal: damage or a printing fault gets replaced, photo to info@9barn.com within 30 days.
