How long does an order take?
Everything is made to order. Production runs 2 to 7 business days. Shipping after that is usually 3 to 8 business days inside the US.
Where do you ship?
The United States, Canada, Europe, and Japan. Rates show at checkout before you pay. If no rate comes up for your country, write info@9barn.com and we will quote it by hand.
How much is shipping?
The rate depends on what you order and where it ships. It shows at checkout before you pay. Skate decks ship by UPS Ground at the rate shown at checkout.
Why did my order arrive in two packages?
Prints and apparel come from different production partners, so an order with both can arrive in separate packages on different days. You are not charged extra for that.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Send a photo to info@9barn.com within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it. You do not need to ship anything back.
Can I return something that does not fit?
Every piece is made to order, so we cannot take a piece back for sizing. Check the size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes, write us first and we will tell you what we would pick.
Where does the art come from?
Every print comes from an original canvas painted by Shawn "Barney" Barron. The originals stay with the family. Shirts, hats, hoodies, and decks carry his artwork.
Who was Barney?
Shawn "Barney" Barron was a Santa Cruz surfer and self-taught painter. He died on Cinco de Mayo, 2015, at 44. Read more on the Our Story page.
