Shipping

Everything is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.

How long it takes

Production runs 2 to 7 business days. Shipping after that is usually 3 to 8 business days inside the US.

Prints and apparel come from different production partners, so an order with both can arrive in separate packages on different days. You are not charged extra for that.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, Europe and the UK, and Japan. Rates are flat by destination and show at checkout before you pay.

Rough guide:

US, $3 to $16 depending on the item.
Europe and the UK, $20 to $30.
Japan, $30.

Somewhere else? If no rate comes up at checkout, write us at info@9barn.com and we will quote it by hand.

Outside the US

It takes longer, and customs charges are set by your country, not by us. Duties, VAT and import fees are not included in the price or the shipping rate. Your total at checkout shows the shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves production. If it has been more than 10 business days and you have no tracking, write us at info@9barn.com and we will chase it down.
