SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share Personal Information with service providers who help us run our business:
- Shopify powers our online store. See Shopify's privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
- Printify fulfills orders on our behalf.
- We may share information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.
We do not sell your Personal Information, and we do not currently use targeted advertising, ad pixels, or Shopify Audiences. If this changes, this policy will be updated first.
USING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your Personal Information to offer products for sale, process payments, handle shipping and fulfillment, and keep you informed about products or offers you've opted into.
GDPR (EU/EEA RESIDENTS)
Because we ship to the European Union, if you are an EEA resident, we process your personal information under these lawful bases: your consent; performance of our contract with you; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests.
Retention: we retain your information for our records unless you ask us to erase it.
Automatic decision-making: we do not engage in automated decision-making with legal or significant effects on you. Shopify uses limited automated fraud prevention (e.g., temporary IP/card blacklisting after repeated failed transactions) that does not have such an effect.
Your rights: EEA residents may access, port, correct, update, or erase their Personal Information by contacting us above. Your information may be transferred outside Europe, including to Canada and the US, via Shopify. See Shopify's GDPR Whitepaper: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/privacy/GDPR. If unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
COOKIES
We use cookies necessary for the Site to function (cart, checkout, login) and basic analytics cookies through Shopify. See Shopify's current cookie list: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect site functionality. We do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting them.
CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal/operational reasons.
